Arthur Belkin
As the Founder and Managing Principal of ABridge Keystone Partners, Arthur is committed to acquiring and operating one exceptional business with care, integrity, and a long-term mindset. His goal is to become a hands-on CEO who will honor the legacy of the current owner while investing in the company’s continued success.
Arthur is a first-generation American and a firm believer in the promise of the American Dream. Having grown up across multiple continents, he returned to the U.S. alone at the age of 15 to pursue his education and future. His journey is one of hard work, resilience, and deep appreciation for the opportunities that business—especially small business—can create for families, employees, and communities. These experiences have shaped Arthur’s leadership style, grounded in humility, grit, and a strong sense of responsibility. Having personally been the beneficiary of access and opportunity, he is committed to creating pathways for others to grow, succeed, and thrive.
Professionally, Arthur brings a background in operations and leadership from Procter & Gamble, where he helped scale a startup manufacturing site into a fully operational flagship facility. He managed large-scale teams, critical supply chain functions, and complex budgets. He understands what it takes to lead through transition and drive sustainable high performance: listening, learning, and building trust.
Arthur holds an engineering degree from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he focused deeply on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), serving in leadership roles in the ETA Club and gaining hands-on experience with both investors and operators in the space.
Arthur isn’t looking for a short-term transaction. He is fully committed to taking the baton from a retiring owner, preserving what already works, and leading the business into its next chapter. He believes small businesses are the backbone of the American economy and is honored by the opportunity to continue the legacy of a founder who built something great.
